And she is a neuro body alignment coach that utilizes her brain in science and rehabilitation methods to help others reclaim their bodies and minds from daily chronic pain. And I know that there's a lot of people out there that we just deal with chronic pain, and we really don't know how to combat it or to take care of it without all the medications and craziness.
Katie has been in my life for a while now. And we met through a mutual coach, Dr. Shannon Irvine, where I got my certification as well as a neuro coach. And we just really connected and bonded, and I love what she does. So without further ado here is Katie. Thank you so much for being here today. I'm really excited to have you on the show.
Yeah, absolutely. I'm honored to be here. I'm super excited. So I was telling them, you know, that we met through Dr. Shannon Irvine, which is so awesome. Tell them a little bit more about you and what you do cause you've got a really awesome background and like just your experiences are a Yes. So I am a neuro body alignment coach.
So I work with clients that deal a lot with chronic pain and I help them to get to the source problem of it, as opposed to just treating symptoms because there are so many angles that come to pain. It's not just the physical and the majority of the time. That's the only thing that people usually treat. That's the only thing that they know that they need it to handle because it's this physical pain that is just ramping up and,
you know, limiting them on many levels, but through my personal experience and I'll get into my story a little bit deeper later on, but right now it's just, I know that there are different angles when it comes to pain. It's not just the physical, there's emotional, there's mental, there's even spiritual stuff too. I mean, if you've experienced trauma like I did when I was a kid
because I survived a failed induction attempt that trauma can be stored in the body, especially if we're not dealing with it on an emotional mental level. And a lot of the time pain is just an awareness factor. It is a change request. It is to bring attention to something that is, you know, kind of pushed on the back burner. And I know for me
when I had my field abduction attempt and experienced that traumatic experience, I suppress those emotions and those feelings because if I didn't talk about it, it didn't happen. But my emotional status on that and stored physically to the point where I had chronic pain and, you know, that led me down a path of like cage fighting and everything.
And I know that sounds crazy, but I did not want to be a victim anymore. And I basically use the fighting as a way to keep those suppressed emotions from coming up. Because a lot of the times when we do have pain, it's because we don't want to experience pain on an emotional level. So it's easier for us to process it with just physical pain.
And that's what I did and tell. I got so injured to the point where my doctor said, if I got hit in the right place with the right force, I could end up as a vegetable. And I tied my identity into the sport, right? It's got crazy, and I tied my identity into this sport. And when I could no longer do it because I was not going to be that victim,
I was never going to be that person that got attacked. And when I can no longer physically fight all of those suppressed emotions and scared, terrified feelings of when I was eight years old were starting to resurface. And I couldn't understand it because I was going through physical therapy. I was making sure my nutrition was on point. I was doing all of the physical stuff,
right. To help with the physical pain, help with my injuries, all of that. And I just kept going in a deeper, deeper depression, especially since it wasn't working. And I got so frustrated. And then I was just like, there has to be something more to this because I would go to the doctor after doctor. And I'm like, you're fine.
Everything looks great and everything, I don't understand why you have paid. And I know a lot of people hearing this right now have probably gotten certain responses from doctors and it's frustrating and you think something's wrong with you, but there are so many more aspects when it comes to pain. Because later on down my journey, when I was graduating from college, with my degree and everything,
I was doing my rehabilitation internship at a cancer facility. And I was working with a specific client. And I noticed there was a difference in their pain and the recovery based on how they were thinking and feeling. I had one lady who was diagnosed with breast cancer and she hated herself. She hated her body. She looked at her body as the enemy,
and guess what? Her pain was through the roof. She had limited mobility. She tried to operate out of force instead of working with her body, with where it was at and her pain radiated, and her cancer progressed to the point where she had to get out of the program because she couldn't go forward with it. And that was because she was hanging on to these negative emotions and thoughts and emotions can store in the body as chronic pain because it's a stress level.
Our thoughts and our emotions can create stress. Our brain does not know the difference between the physical stress that the outside world and what's going on around us or what's going on inside our heads. And so I also saw this with another client of mine, through the cancer rehabilitation stuff that I was working through. And she was so positive. She was upbeat.
Her pain dramatically went away. She was moving better and her cancer went away. So I knew there was a relationship with that. I have to stop you first off, miss. This is so many things you just said, like, I love the field first. This is such massive work that you're doing one because when you said that the emotions and the trauma that happened get stored in our body,
we're talking like, and this is the stuff that I teach with my clients as well. Not, not in the body per se, but like in our energetic fields. So it's like multilayered, you've got trauma that gets stuck in the energetic field that holds you back. You got trauma gets stuck in your body that creates this chronic pain. You've got, you know,
all this trauma, that stuff gets stuck in our subconscious thoughts and literally manifest the life that we're thinking. Just like you said, with your one patient, she, you know, that she thought she hated her body. She's telling herself how awful all of this is. She gets more of that. She manifests more of that, where things situation you think positively,
and you're trying to, you know, really push your subconscious into a positive direction and manifest better results, less pain, all of that. And everyone here, well, not everyone, but most of our listeners are entrepreneurs. And this is the same for you as an entrepreneur. If you're not moving forward in your business, or you're not bringing in the money that you want,
or you're not seeing the right clients like is getting stuck everywhere. And it's so important on multi-levels to release that and start getting away from it. And I know just as a hairstylist too, that chronic pain is always, I mean, in our shoulders and yes, it's from the way we move our bodies, but we also hold so much trauma and stress and everything in our bodies that actually hinder us from doing the business and the life that we want.
So I'm like you said so many things, so I just wanted to touch real quick on some of those because I find it so fascinating. And the things that you've gone through are just amazing where you can truly start helping people in such a different way. So yeah, absolutely. I'm so glad that you brought that up because you know,
this, you do have a lot of entrepreneur listeners and a lot of pain, a lot of chronic pain that you're experiencing can be caused by some of the stresses in your business. Like I said before, the brain doesn't understand that the stress difference between your outside world and your internal world. So I just want to share something real quick, because this is kind of going down the entrepreneur path and chronic pain.
So before I get into that, I just want to explain what a neurotech is. So it's basically a signal on a specific part of your body. That basically is, is an alerting signal. So this is where that energy of whatever experience that was traumatic to you, that created stress. It gets stored in that spot. And when there are similar things that happen,
that caused that tension and that stress, it sends signals up to the brain, and in your subconscious, it's in line with your programming. So if you see something like sales as a dangerous thing or not safe or anything like that, you're going to kick on something called a neurotech. And the reason why I'm bringing this up is that I had this personal experience the other day.
So from previous, you know, experiences with sales, especially when I was in this specific partnership, sales were very, very stressful and I tied my worth into it. And so my brain wired that as a program mean that this is danger. This is a threat. So anytime that I got close to sales, my brain like kick on its safety valves and will keep me from doing my sales.
Well, I had an experience where I was on the sales team, just practicing my sales experience and everything. And even though I wasn't really stressed about it because the training on it was so different. I still had this neurotech that was tied to sales because before, when I was with this business partnership, every time that I was doing sales and I get super stressed out about it,
my, my body would kick on migraine and migraine debilitate me, Hey, migraines are also a sign of chronic pain as well. And so I would get a migraine to the point where I couldn't function or what so ever. And these were like, be really bad migraines. And so they would continue until I actually faced my fear of the sales and totally switched it around.
And so once I had the sales call, cause I told myself, I'm going to do this. I'm not gonna let this, neurotech get me. And I did that sales call and I had a great experience, totally different than what it was before. That's where my migraine went away. That's when my body and my mind were connecting and be like,
okay, so this isn't a neurotech this isn't an emotional loop that we have to continue to be in this vicious cycle for. And so with chronic pain, sometimes you have to face that fear, that resistance, that you're feeling because that is where our brain gets changed. Because when you're feeling, feeling that resistance, your brain is going to turn on it,
safety valves, and it's going to be like, Mayday, Mayday, Mayday, danger, danger, danger. We know this place, we're going to avoid it at all costs, but that doesn't get you forward into your goals or your business or conquering that pain. Right? So when you lean into that resistance, you can hear these thoughts and emotions that are keeping you stuck in this loop.
Because like, for me, the sales part was just like, oh, I hope I'm good enough. I hope I'm not too pushy. I hope I'm not too salty. And I switched that. And you know, just leaning into that resistance and training your brain and your body, that it doesn't have to be the same experience as it was before is super,
super powerful. Because again, pain is a change request. So if you keep experiencing the same stuff and you're doing the same stuff over and over, guess what that cycle is going to continue. But I went out of that cycle And face my fear. I mean like, all I'm thinking is how many of you on this podcast, like listening is all of a sudden starting to have downloads of,
Oh, well, this is connected to that. And you start connecting all the dots where before you just, you can't even fathom that. That's what you just think, okay, I have a headache and it's just going to, you know, I get all these headaches, but if you're in that same loop, of course, you're going to get these headaches.
And you made me think of a time where I used to get, I go hard in my business and my life, I love my business. I love my life. I love what I'm doing. So I just always am on the go. And when I start to get new things coming on, I love taking on new projects, but when they're like conceptual and then you have to drill down and really start attacking it,
it's very stressful to me. You know, that part is just a lot of hard work. And my brain automatically goes into hard work alarm, alarm, alarm. I don't mind hard work, but this particular type of hard work is, you know, just a stressor for me and my body will go into getting sick to stop me. So not chronic pain necessarily,
but getting my body is sending me signals going, Hey, this is not cool. Let's stay safe. Let's not do this. You know, let's focus on the 50 million other things that you want to, that's more fun. And this one thing. So when you face that and you start drilling down, all of a sudden, I don't get that immediate sickness anymore.
And it's been so amazing, but trying to tie those together and bring them to the light is crucial. And seeing the connections between the migraines and the sales call or the sickness, and, you know, drilling down on a large project. It's so crucial. How do you suggest we start pulling out those, those thoughts are, how do we start even seeing the connections?
Well, you, you definitely brought up a great example for that because a lot of the times our body is going to align with how our brain is at. So if inside your brain, you're constantly stressed and you're freaking out. And that subconscious programming is tied to, this is stressful. It has to be hard. That's what your body is going to align to.
So to figure out where the brain is at and the thoughts that are coming up the best place to start is like, if you have pain, if you have a specific pain, like for me, the other day I had hit pate. And I was just like, well, I didn't really do anything to cause this. I mean, I probably sat a little bit,
but I was moving. I was doing this, I'm drinking my water. All of the physical things were being checked. You know, they weren't the main factor with it, but I was afraid I had to check in with myself mentally and emotionally, and I was afraid of moving forward. So your pain, whatever sickness or ailment or anything, it's going to be tied to an emotional thing that is happening inside of you because pain is an alert system.
When pain happens or sickness happens, we're going to be like, we got our attention. We're going to listen a lot more than if you know things, we're all great at everything. And you've got this emotional trauma inside and you're just like, Oh, everything's fine. I could just stuff it down. But when that pain comes to the surface, that really needs your attention.
And I like to look up the spiritual meaning behind my pain or my sickness. Cause there's everything tied to that. And so you basically go to Google, like you can do this right now. Like whatever pain you're experiencing, headaches, migraines, all that stuff. And just look up the spiritual meaning. And for this example, I'm just going to use my hip pain,
my spiritual meaning of hip pain. And this can help you get to the source of the thought that's triggering it. Because for me, I was just like, I don't know what it is. So I did my hip and it was saying that I was nervous about moving forward in my future. So I was having this pain. And so I was thinking about what I was doing.
And I was like, Holy cow, I'm doing a lot of new things in my business. I'm putting myself out there, I'm doing this new. And my old programming was kicking on and it's like, Hey, we've never been here before we have a big year. And then, right. But how am I going to You really did I, and you know,
I'm very spiritual. I usually will check-in. I meditate on it. I check into, okay, what is this pain? And I pull cards, or, but I don't normally go with the pain in my body itself. I do. Like, I know my shocker, as I know when I'm offline like I'm not in alignment or whatever.
I've never looked up the spiritual meaning of pain in your body. This is a game-changer. That's so amazing. Thank you for sharing that. Absolutely. I just know that it dramatically helps me because when you have all of these physical aspects taken care of like hydration, nutrition, sleep, all of those have factors into the page. Don't get me wrong. But the majority of the time,
the source of it is a thought that is triggering that emotion. You know, this is from our neuroscience, right? Thought paired with that emotion repeated over and over creates a belief about ourselves and whatever your belief is wired within your brain. Your body's going to align with that. And when I was recovering from my MMA injuries, I had this belief that I was broken.
I was broken. So guess what? My body continued to break down on me all the time because I had this belief I was broken again, your body is going to align with whatever the brain. Yes, that is. And I knew some of like the alignment and everything, but I never thought to check in spiritually, like, what is the meaning of those things?
Because this ties all into this whole holistic idea. I mean, this is exactly what I teach too, is being holistic in your life. And it means that whole person. And if you check in on your pain in a whole way, what is it saying? You know, spiritually, what is, you know, cha checking in with your aura,
your energy, and your brain. That's when you can really get to the root cause of it. And I'm sure that it helps eliminate the need for not always. I mean, we can't, you know, put a blanket over the entire thing, but I'm sure that it helps eliminate the need to have to go to millions of doctors or when you are that person going to all these doctors and they can't figure out what's wrong with you.
And they're just throwing medications at you. This would be a game-changer to at least have some insight. And I mean, what do you have to lose? Like you check in with your own body. Yeah, Absolutely. And if you don't necessarily know how your brain is wired pain is a great way to tune into that and figure out what exactly it is that you're thinking.
It helped me tremendously to work through that, along with my other clients, because they had no idea that this pain was related to what they were thinking. Everything in the body is connected. And a lot of people just treat the specific source, as the specific area of the pain, like for my hip pain, you know, I went to a massage therapist,
I went to a chiropractor. I went to this lady who does energy work and things like that. And they weren't helping my hip pain and tell, I realized that I was terrified about moving forward in my business. And it's just like, Oh, okay. And then I had to relax out of that because my body was responding to the stress I was putting on myself subconsciously.
And sometimes we're not aware of it. And the reason why I was not aware of it is why the pain comes up, your pain, an indicator, it's an alert system being like, Hey, you, you probably should give some more attention over here. Right. I'm feeling a little bit neglected or you're, you're putting too much energy right here because thoughts and emotions,
they have an energy frequency of themselves. And if you don't deal with it, they're going to be stored in the body and manifest in a chronic pain situation or physical ailments or sickness. Yeah. Yeah. It does. It all manifests in such different ways. And our bodies are amazing machines. It will signal to us, but the key is to start listening.
And that's why it's so crucial. That is why meditation and learning how to tap into my own intuition. Meaning I get to start hearing those things. And we, I mean, before I would just go, go, go. And like you said, go to the chiropractor, go over here. And nothing's helping go to the doctor. Nobody could help me with either those elements or you talk about like depression or you just,
if you're in your business and your stress and your body is showing you things, what does it do? It stops you from going for the bigger goals. It stops you in your track, whether it is pain, a sickness, or you just, you get so bombarded and that that's leading to anxiety. So anxiety is the motions and everything around it.
So it's all these different layers. And our bodies are trying to tell us all the time, but meditation and going within is how I started actually hearing those things. Like being able to hear my intuition, kicking and going on, this is not safe. This is not what we're doing. And now, because of you, I get a whole nother level of being able to check in with my pain because I do,
I get chronic shoulder pains, just from so many years of working like this, but I don't work as much anymore. So why do I still have that pain I need to check-in. Yeah. And you know, you could have a neurotech too, if you're starting something new and you're starting to get all of these like sickness things, check in with that and see what it is that is causing this
because this is why I work on such a deeper level than the physical. After all, the physical honestly is just treating the symptoms. It's not getting to the source of it. And I'm so glad that you brought up, you know, like with the meditation and, you know, trusting your intuition, slowing down is super important and your body will let you know if you're going too fast.
That's why the pancakes on are because you're not being in tune with yourself. And a lot of people, when they do have chronic pain, they try to keep themselves busy to avoid dealing with it. They yeah. Call themselves more pain down the road and it elongates. And the longer that you experienced this chronic pain, the more that your conditioning, your nervous system to be more sensitive.
So even the slightest touch can kick on your nervous system because you're conditioning in it to do it like that. And this is why I like going into the emotional, the thought part of it is because it gets to the source of the issue. The majority of the time, it definitely does. It's done for me and my clients. This is why I struggle with people who rely on medications all the time.
You know, we've been conditioned as a society. You know, certain doctors, certain professionals are just like, take this. I understand that. Like to help calm down inflammation and things like that, but don't rely on it when you rely on it. You're just putting a bandaid on your masking, that pain and your pain is going to radiate even more because your body's just like,
I need you to pay attention to this. You need to know what's going on. And the only way you seem to respond is if the pain increases in intensifies. So you want it to, into that. And yes, it's uncomfortable that it's, it's the move in those boxes from the attic that is covered in cobwebs and you're opening them and it's super uncomfortable,
but it's so worth it. How many more boxes do you want to keep stuffing in the attic that is collecting dust that is causing you more issues you can get rid of paying, you can manage it. And it just takes daily consistency. It takes tuning into yourself and how you were feeling your body is the most amazing tool to let you know what's going on inside your head.
And if you know how to tap into that and it takes practice, it really, really does. It takes practice. But first, we got to get you out of that stress response mode, because if you're in stress, response mode, cortisol is kicking on, you know, your fight and your fight and flight responses are kicking on. You know,
you're not thinking properly. You're not thinking clearly because there's a lot of things going on at once when you're in stress response mode, you actually kick on your nervous system even more, which means more pain. So when we are listening to our pain and we go to Google and we find our spiritual problem and we're, you know, starting to uncover and bring those boxes out of the attic,
like how do we get to get out of that stress response? Because you know, and as a wife and a mother and an entrepreneur, I mean like certain triggers, it's just, it comes on so fast and we don't know how to get out of that expression when we're in the midst of it when we're in so much pain or we are,
you know, so stressed out that we can't see, and we're not thinking logically. And we can't hear our intuition as much. What do we do that? It is so, so simple and people overlook it. And what do you think it is breathing? This is why meditation is so, so powerful is because it gets you out of that stress response mode.
Yes. Our minds are going to run a million miles an hour, but if you can slow down and quiet and just focus on your breathing, basically what you do is you take that deep breath in, and when you exhale all of that out. You breathe in and you exhale, allowing your body to relax because when we don't breathe, I want to use the example of somebody getting scared.
Okay. So when somebody gets scared and you go, Oh, and you're like, so you see be like my shoulders tightened up. I tensed up my body, got into stress response mode to protect me and keep me on guard. When you're in this tension, this tight space, your body, your muscles can not relax. So they're going to continue to be on guard.
And in that protective mode, our bodies are not designed to be in stress response mode for long periods of time. We get in stress response mode to protect ourselves, to get out of danger. But like I said before, our brain does not know the difference between a wild animal attacking and the stress of running a business. Right? So it's going to manifest that tension as physical,
chronic pain and to get out of that you breathe. And one of the best ways that I do it is I go to the spot. Like for instance, if I had my hip was kicking on, I would literally close my eyes, take that deep breath in. And imagine that I was breathing in through that hip pain spot and exhaling out through that hip pain spot.
Okay. This is getting that focus and that attention on that area that is calling us for focus. It is requesting that we do a change of some sort. And sometimes the simplest biggest change is breathing. We forget to breathe. Yeah. That's a huge one. It's simple. And people overlook it and people think, no, no, no, but I have to go do this or take care of this for that pain or issue or whatever to go away.
But really it's just getting quiet. And for those of you who don't meditate and you know, your mind is going to 50,000 miles an hour, you start breathing and you count in with the breath and count out you can't think of other things. It solves the problem. Allow yourself the grace to just breathe and count the breaths, count in, count-out.
And that's how I started because I was that person. I can't meditate. I can't quiet. My brain one thought goes into literally like a ping pong ball of a thousand other thoughts. But once I started counting and just focusing my brain activity on one simplistic thing, it changes the game for you. So I'm so glad that you gave something simple, but it's something that we can actually do for every single one of us.
And no matter what you're doing, whether you're driving or you're this or that you can breathe. Yeah. One thing that I want to add in with it is because when we do breathe and we don't allow our body to relax like if you're laying down and you're trying to relax and your back pain is screaming at you, keep breathing into it and tell your body it's safe for me to relax.
It's okay. Because again, the body is going to align with whatever the mind tells it to do. So if you continue to breathe in through that pain spot and out through it, constantly reminding yourself that it's safe to release because we can all breathe. Right? So if I'm breathing right here, you can tell that I'm still tense and stress because my ears are close to my shoulders.
Right? You want to allow yourself to take that deep breath in and allow everything to relax, because this is the part where people get stuck is because they're like, I'm doing my breathing, but it's not doing anything. And it's like, 'cause you're not allowing yourself to relax. You've got to allow it because your body's trying to keep you safe. It's trying to keep you from avoiding pain.
But if you're not allowing yourself to relax, you're going to kick on that stress response mode because you're in that tension spot. You're in that tension on guard protective mode. And when you first allow your body to relax, yeah, you're going to feel a little bit of sharp pain, but it goes away when you continue your breathing, you just got to break that first wall and then you can allow your body to relax.
So just give yourself like five minutes. You can put aside five minutes for your well-being for your mental clarity and just practice breathing and see how you can allow your body to relax and release this tension. Because when you're in stress response mode, and you're trying to do all the physical stuff, like the physical therapy, the massage chiropractic, whatever your body's not going to take the benefits as much
because I know for me when I did physical therapy, but I was still in that stress response mode, even though I was doing the exercise, it wasn't doing me any good because I wasn't getting the benefits of it because my body was just on guard. It was just trying to protect me. And I've seen this with many of my other clients, once they relaxed.
That's when the physical benefits started doing their job. But you got to get out of that stress response mode first. Oh, this is so amazing, Katie. It really is so simple. And just like you said, when you if you're in that defense, nothing's coming in the same way. If you are like, if you're thinking about you're at home and your kids are going crazy and they're yelling at you and you constantly have all this stuff coming at you,
you can't relax and you can't have the benefits of being able to, you know, release some of that when you allow that wall, or if you walk away and you take that five minutes to breathe, all of a sudden, all of the tools that you know, and the, the ease of being able to handle that stress all comes rushing back because it gets pushed out when we're in that traumatic,
you know, protection mode. Yeah. And we're human. We're, we're supposed to protect ourselves. We're trying to avoid danger at all costs. But if you can pause and just breathe, if you can master breathing, everything else becomes easier. Everything else becomes so much easier. Oh, I love it. So tell us, where can we follow you?
How do we keep in touch with you? Because I know that people are listening to this with chronic pain who need help. Absolutely. Yeah. So I am revamping my website, but that'll be updated on my Facebook page. So, Katie Sutton, neuro body coach check that out on my Facebook page. I also have my Instagram page. It's called the Katie Sutton and I'm going to be posting a lot more in there,
but I'm also super excited because I'm coming out with my own podcast as well. It's actually going to drop its first episode on the 1st of February. So next Monday, and then I'll be having reoccurring episodes every Monday. After that, in the first episode, I'm going to go more in-depth on my story, how I overcame this chronic pain, how I created something called the neuro body alignment method.
So the podcast is going to be called the neural body alignment podcast. And that is going to go more in-depth on my method, on how I work through chronic pain, not only for myself but with my, my clients that I work with daily. And I'm building my whole signature program on the neuro body alignment method. And so I'm super pumped about this because I know there's a lot of people in pain I've experienced it and you don't have to just have chronic pain like physical pain.
It could be like a sickness like Jacqueline was talking about, or it can be, you know, just stress, tired, fatigue. Those are all signals that your body is telling you that you need to be aware of something. Again, pain is a change request. And a lot of people don't realize this because a lot of people want to run away from pain.
I want to flip the idea of pain on its head. This is why I'm doing the podcast. This is why I'm going to go live more on Instagram and Facebook to deliver this message. Because we've been conditioned to look at pain as the enemy, as a horrible thing that it just limits and it depilatory it's us. And it can, if you allow it to,
and you allow to think like that because how many of you think that pain is the enemy pain is the worst thing that could happen to you? What if actuality is just the teaching method to help us be our best versions of ourselves. So this is the message that I want to deliver on this podcast on my lives, on social media. Cause you're so right.
And all of this, our bodies truly try to show us and everything, whether it's the pain, whether we are seeing situations as like, you know, bad things happening or bad luck, all of these things are teachers. And if we allow ourselves to just start listening, take those breaths, calm down. We all of a sudden can start listening to that teacher and start changing our lives around.
Absolutely. And that, I mean, how much easier do you want, like to be like that really can be the simple way of changing your entire life around for the best. Yes, absolutely. So yeah, this podcast is about teaching you certain methods on how to align your mind and your body. That way they can work together because they can't be separate entities.
And if you're experiencing chronic pain, it's probably because you're putting your body in one category in your mind in another, everything is connected. Everything is supposed to work together. And if you can look at pain as a teacher, as you know, an alert system, instead of seeing it as the enemy and allow your pain to be there, it's okay for you to have pain because it's just telling you what's going on.
If you can allow it and be okay with that, it goes away a lot faster. It goes away so much faster. Well, Katie, I have absolutely loved having you on the show. I, for one, cannot wait for your podcast to come out. I plan on binge-watching it, you know, just keeping up with everything you do, because this is major.
And I know that there are so many people out there suffering from pain and you don't have to write, you know, and no matter what kind of pain you're facing, opening up the door and looking at it from a different perspective, instead of the ones that we have been so indoctrinated in, believing in it can't hurt. What if you're in that much pain?
Like what do you really have to lose when you take time to start looking at it as a teacher and looking at it as a different way of getting rid of it, it's not a pill you have to take. It's five minutes. That's so easy and follow Katie. All of her information is going to be on the show notes. So make sure you head over to the website so that you can get all the other juicy details.
Cause like every podcast episode, I have a whole questionnaire where she answered a bunch more of what she does, how she does it. And you can go read all of that there on the podcast. I mean, on the blog and please make sure you come back next week so that you can continue to meet beautiful, amazing women entrepreneurs who are out here doing wonderful things for you to help you get out of your own way and keep pushing forward.
And this week's podcast episode is sponsored by the moon meditations that I do every new and full moon. So please make sure you're heading over there, join us live so that we can create a very sacred and safe space for you to take that time, to start meditating, manifesting, and releasing what it is that you need to release. So thank you again.
And thank you for being on the show, Katie. Yes. Thank you so much. I had such a great time and let me know how those little tips and tricks helped you looking up your pan, that breathing technique, and see how it shifts. So I'm excited. Yes. Please do let us know right in the show notes, send us emails,
let us know, because if you need more help like that, or if it's made a difference, I don't know about you, Katie, but I love hearing when things are working for and what I'm doing, my message is getting out there so that I can do more and more of what it is that you need because that's what we're here for.
So thank you again and make sure you catch with Katie. Thank you so much for listening today. Please make sure that you go over to the blog and follow all the links for our guests and get the downloads that we talked about. I would also really love and appreciate it if you would share this podcast with your friends and family. And if you wouldn't mind taking just a minute to leave a review,
that would mean the world to me. Thank you again so much from the bottom of my heart for listening and staying tuned
