and I have a wonderful surprise for you today for Hinda Williams is on the show and she is a visionary and impact coach. She supports empathic creative, visionary impact to create their beliefs and embrace feminine power. I am so excited to have her on the show. We have had a few wonderful conversations and I cannot wait for you to get to know her and to hear her story.
So let's bring her hand up. Fun. Welcome. Great. So good to see you. Okay. Thank you so much for being on the show. I really, we connected over Instagram and through, was it through Christina or Maya? Yeah. Yeah. Mariana Ruiz. Okay. Yes. And we've had some great conversations and I absolutely love what you are doing and our energies there.
They're just so synergized in what we're trying to put out into the world. So tell me about you and how you got started in all of this. Wow. So I'll give you the abridged version of the story because it's definitely was not a straight, a straight pathway, but I, that I've just been sensitive my whole life, but intuitive as well,
always had a heightened sense of awareness and always, really felt disconnected from this world, so to speak. And then the catalyst I believe was poetry. So I found an art form to put myself in, but as a, as a writer or creative, I believe it's our, our job to tell the human story or share a human experience in a way that people feel connected to.
So poetry allows me to sort of open my being up and create from a very heart-centered space and share my experience or process the experience of others. So a tool in poetry that I believe that many impacts have is persona poetry. And that's where you put yourself into the experience of another person. And when you're an impact, you can really channel that to where you can maybe even smell,
hear, feel the experience of another person as if it were your own. Yes, yes. That release sort of catapulted me into understanding the gift and, and what it is and connecting with audiences and in ways that were really moving to me and moving to other, other people, to hear perhaps their own story or Connect in Connect back to themselves. And maybe ways they,
they didn't have previous access to Poetry is very powerful. And it's funny because I don't write poetry or anything, but I have always been drawn to poetry books. And I remember, especially in high school and like, those were the books that I was drawn to. And, I love poetry. And, and talking to you today has reminded me that I've gotten away from it.
I, you know, you, you get busy and you start thinking about, well, you just have so many other things to do those simple pleasures I haven't done in a long time. So I'm so glad that you bring that back into my field of vision to start looking back into. Yeah, that's a beautiful story. Thank you. I've always loved it.
So tell me how doing poetry and then moving forward, because that's where you got started in and realizing that you're an empath, or you realize probably before that, but you started channeling all of that. How does that play a part, your business, Which is intentional, correct? Yes. So I really double, double down when I created the intentional and it actually came from almost a,
like, I wouldn't even say it was, it was a very spiritual experience. I wanted to really get back to myself and I had spent years and education and did a stint and nonprofit and corporate. And I was just like, I can not do this anymore. I can not do myself. And I, you know, sat and pondered, you know,
what is it that I really intend to do? What is it that I really want to focus on? And so I said, I wanted to be intentional, so obviously be burned up. But the double entendre of being intentional, being essential with my time, being intentional with who I'm here to serve, and identifying what core values really are for me.
And that's how the intentional was born. So I knew that creativity was at the home and as I, and it's interesting when you really align with your business and really align with your, your message, I just kind of flashed the flare out there on social media land and ask, do you know who else is seeing, you know, angel numbers? Are you feeling like you walk into a room and forget what you came into the room for?
Like, how often is that happening to people? And are you feeling like a sudden then I think this is when maybe a few years before we hit the new earth that we're in? Now we could feel something was coming. And I said I was feeling slightly paranoid. Like, am I, I don't think I've, I've predicted to this magnitude that we would be in a pandemic,
but I did feel like humanity was reaching a very serious, a very serious tipping point. And then like the flood Gates open, there were so many people commenting on the post about the vivid dreams. They were having very lucid dreams, seeing the angel numbers. And they were like, well, what does this all mean? And I do believe that it was like an ushering in,
or for those of us who are highly sensitive and spiritual and have the deeper awareness is that something was coming and to get ready. And now here it is. And it's of course less romantic than I think we had anticipated. However, we needed it. We need a very serious spiritual and cultural revolution. I do agree with you and with all of this now,
I can't remember when cause you just started all of this right before the pants out my car. Yeah. So I was coaching before I was one of the impacts that coach and before the pandemic. So I would say it was like 2015, 2016. Okay. Yeah. All right. And the, but the be intentional, that was then too.
That was then too. So that in its infancy was really about doubling down on the creative aspect of things. Yes. But I believe that creativity is very much a spiritual practice, so yeah, it really opens you, opens you up and, you know, I would, I would put on cultural events and I would include poetry and music and,
and dance. And I, I believe that its success was predicated on is that every day, I mean, unless you're an in Ruleville, the everyday person is not into the mindfulness or the create a creative expression on a daily or when it happens for you to have your soul opened up and having your heart really exposed, but in a good way,
and you're connecting with other people in the same frequency to stand in vibration. It's like, Whoa, what, what is this? Or 10 the leftover religious experience when you're in that kind of community because it doesn't happen every day. No, it doesn't happen every day. And it is a very, the frequencies and the energy are raised so high.
And unless you are operating daily to that, that's well, even if you are like some of those, I mean, I've been a part of like are so powerful. You literally feel it from your head to your toes, like everything around you. And it opens up something completely different in each one of us. And I think it's such a beautiful thing that there are so many people emerging to start being leaders to start sharing this new,
new, because we know that spiritual and impacts and these awakenings have been happening for centuries, right? I mean, it's nothing new, but it is starting to come to a point where it's accepted a little bit more and people talk about it more. And I think it's making a huge cultural difference as well in the world of being able to open up and share these things.
And there are so many people coming forth now, which I find it to be just a beautiful movement. Why do you think right now, even before the pandemic, why do you think all of that was really starting to emerge now before you know, where most people didn't even talk about it and didn't really even consider it to be a thing? My revelation on it is is that,
you know, when we look at systemic racism in our country and colonialization throughout the world, humanity was at a very critical tipping point where certain people were seen as human and others are not. And we could also see it manifest in natural disasters. You know, our ecosystem is completely out of balance. Our weather patterns have drastically changed, you know, a tsunami in one part of the world,
you know, as spelled, you know, like a, like a snowstorm in another part of the world. And it was just so interesting though, you know, even listening to meteorologists, you know, talk about how we're all interconnected. And I feel like the spiritual community always knew about the interconnectedness of, of our lives, that there there's one presence of one power,
but now you can start to see it in other aspects. Yes. So what is going to create a change? We are, we are the change that we've been waiting on. And so we had to witness sadly many casualties and it, it, we're seeing now of course, with the, with the protests and you know, the call for, you know,
black lives matters. And, and, and I think that you know, we had to shift from this conversation of it being political to a human one. This is humanity. This is your fellow brother, your fellow sister, and whatever identities that you were. This is another human being who is being targeted for no other reason, then the skin that they're in.
And what are we going to do about it? What are we going to do about the Earth's ecosystem? What are we going to do about missing indigenous women? These are centuries long. These are these narratives aren't are not new. However, they detrimental to not just the group that is being targeted. It's detrimental to us all, we're all inextricably connected.
They are. And honestly, the conversations that we've had in this conversation, I mean, I get full-on chills because this is I sorry if you can hear that my dog's walking her home life. So this conversation is so neat it, and the way you said it with you to see all of these different things happening. And a lot of people think they're not related,
but every single thing is energy. Every single thing is connected. We are connected to the earth, the weather that each other, we are connected to, literally everything that is happening on this planet. And I, this is a huge point. I want people to hear and to feel that what is happening in one area, whether it is weather or the planet,
like the ecosystem or to our other human beings, it is going to affect you. And I am afraid that if it continues the way it has been, that it is not going to affect anyone positively. I mean, it's not going to be a positive, no matter what you believe, what you think it doesn't matter because it's also connected. And when one piece fails,
it will take everything else down. Absolutely. Absolutely. And this is why it's imperative for impact and particularly the feminine impact to really come into mastery of, of, of one's gift on oneself. Take the medicine that has come from, you know, many paths will experience the night of the soul will go through an Ascension and some people call it an initiation process,
the shit hitting the fan, Which we are seeing, Which we are seeing. And we're seeing it on a very grand, very grand level. So it's going to take a lot of intuition and discernment and inner guidance to navigate this process, which is not impossible, but the feminine voice You can keep on. I'm just going to mute my Yeah, yeah.
The amplification Of, of the feminine voice, because the feminine is not fully communal. It is a collective and in the way, it moves to take into consideration the big picture. And it looks at the impact of how does this ripple out? How does this impact the whole future implications? So when we're leading in our feminine, I do believe it leads us to,
to curiosity, which helps to quilt judgment and to, yeah. Trent really transformation and transcendence. And so beautifully said, I think that when we step into that feminine empathic psych world when you start looking from a different and we do lead more from the heart, we have more care. We are open to different solutions, Are listening very much to our intuition and being led by that.
And when we also are in that feminine power with our, like our lower chakras, you know, we've got our roots and our sacral and the solar plexus leading right up to the heart. When we work from a lot of that energy and that power, it can transform the way we look at things and it can start showing those interconnected pieces so that we start leading more from the heart and caring more about everyone,
not just ourselves and I, that's what we've talked about. I think our last conversation that coming together and not having that sense of About working with each other, just lifting one another up is going to help change everything. That's right. And that's why I was so excited to have you on the show because your energy and your message is needed and us working together and starting to lift each other to a whole new level is what is going to make the change.
Absolutely. I love it. Cool. Sorry guys. I am having a day today. Like the dogs are making noise, I'm hitting the table, but this is true life at home with two teenagers, you know, trying to do schoolwork from home and having these real conversations. And it's just so empowering or powerful to me that we, we start making these changes.
So what you know, going on with what you're doing and what we're seeing right now, what traits do you think that is really important that we, the world really needs right now that we can start helping with? Absolutely so impacts the, one of the biggest traits to me, the impacts have been, is, in the heart. They're very concerned about the wellbeing of others.
They also have a disdain for bullying. Mm. Many impacts will be outraged by any sort of harm violence, especially against vulnerable populations. So those impacts were tuning into this podcast. And probably even noticed that you know, as a child, if you saw a commercial where an animal was being abused, you would have a very emotional response to that super emotional violence, and film or news would definitely be horrible for your nervous system.
The impacts also have the intuition pieces and being able to hear, what's not being said, Oh, the impasse can read between the lines and really get to the heart of the matter and uncover the hidden. And that's what we need because we're, I mean, what we're seeing is a manifestation of things that have been hidden or obscured for,
for years, we have witnessed over the last several years, the rise of times up and me too movement, you cannot create crimes against the feminine and think that it's going to go on punished and unchecked. No, those days are way over. We're not where we need to be. No, but we are moving forward and it's not okay. No.
And those crimes are not going to be just swept under the rug anymore. No, no, they're, they're not. So it's super important that we have empathic leadership and empathic mission-based women business owners because it's not just the work of nonprofits to do good work. We have to add humanity to every fabric of what we do. And especially when it comes to our businesses,
because we start for those of us who are called to mission-based business, you know, the service is because you recognize there's an imbalance. You recognize that there's a need to behave differently. This is what I mean by, you know, the culture shifted culture yes. Versus as is art and music, but culture is also the way we behave. Yeah. Yeah.
And what we value. So we need more empathic business owners, especially leaning in the feminine so that we can shift our culture. And so the culture is an agreed-upon set of norms and values. What we've got to change, what we do, what isn't, what is normal, because just because we had before the pandemic was normal, did not mean that it was acceptable Or right.
Or need it. That's great. And that's one of the things that in this, this world, I really don't understand how these cultural norms stay the same for so long, even though they actually harm more than they do. Good. If that makes sense. Yeah. That's the shadow. I mean, that's the shadow work. And there are people who,
even though there are they're suffering, they're still close enough or adjacent to the current paradigm of power. And so you, you accept it, you accept, the horrible behavior. You accept the power structure as it is instead of challenging, instead of challenging it and just where we are right now, that's all up for review and up for dismantling.
And if there are any of your viewers who are into any of the astrological aspects of this, the Plutonian energy right now, that which governs form it's, this is where it's positioned. It is right for dismantling. Yeah. And that's the need for more empathic because as a leader, we are setting a lot of these cultural norms. So if more women or feminine empathic leaders step forward,
that's how we can change the cultural norms and rising together and supporting one another in our differences and in what we're trying to do in the world, Different doesn't have to be a threat. And I really applaud, I don't know if you've had a chance to check out Rhianna's Fenty fashion show. I, I can't remember if that's, I'm not sure if I've seen the whole thing.
Yeah. Well, that's what I'm. So from a cultural standpoint, I mean, that's the shift right there because literally, she includes everyone. And I don't know if it was this year. I think it was last year that her viewers, it outperforms the Victoria secret fashion show. I mean, performed victoriously. Great. And, and, you know,
watching, you know, her, her vision manifests is really remarkable and really inspiring and all of the bodies and images that she included, included maybe like five years ago. So like, Oh, that is career sabotage. You're going to ruin yourself, you know, for stepping out in this way, it's being celebrated, you know, from a, I believe in the past associate Lizzo,
Demi Moore, India more. Yeah. So, I mean, she had just an amazing, and she uses poetry in the show as well. Well, what I was really touched by was the human, the human element, and what is considered beautiful and what is considered, or the permissions to be sexually expressed. And I just feel that is happening in this,
it couldn't happen in any other season. It happened to have had to happen in this particular season because this is what we've been preparing for. And this is what we, you know, has been, you know, what we've had predicted. And so now that we're in the cortical age of Aquarius, what else is possible? And we're, we're holding like this sort of juxtaposition of like the 3d and the five D and the impact is sort of that,
that bridge of dimensions yeah. That can help humanity to navigate because it's, it's dying that world it's dying. And so are went to perish with it. Or you went to choose evolution. I'm here for evolution. And I know our viewers are like, this is the community that we need, and that's going to support that evolution. We need evolution.
We need to see those changes because all of the things that have been going on are not okay, and need to change. And it takes those leaders like yourself and Rihanna, to bridge that gap. So with what you do, and with having all of that knowledge, how do you help? How do we help each other raise and change that?
What do you think? Yeah. So, I mean, it starts with the healing of the course of the South and particularly with impasse. So there are 17 different types of impacts. So that is, there is a lot and understate. So you can be more than one type, but really kind of understanding like your dominant, you know, traits of an impasse.
So of course there's an emotional impact. You have telepathic empath, we have earth impacts. So if you're an earth impact, you are here as a guardian of, of the planet, you are going to feel seismic activity. So nominees are gonna affect you and probably ways that it doesn't affect the other person. You may know that something weather, particularly weather patterns.
That means, I mean, the fires in California probably have deeply affected you if you were an impact. So where you can feel the pain of the planet, you may even see yourself or have dreams that you're in devastated areas. So that gift is there for you to be the champion of the earth, to be the advocate of the are.
Many of my clients are psychotherapists. So they're already kind of in alignment with helping people, but going even deeper, we have to look at family and in some traditions, we'll call them generational curses or being lineage breakers. So there are opportunities for the impasse to heal their family line. So any destructive behavior that has been generational, this is degeneration, but it,
that it ends that it stops, it stops with you. So, so powerful because I, and with you saying this like I knew there were a lot of different types of impacts, but I didn't know there was 17. So I've been learning so much just from what you've been saying, but I don't think enough people realize that we are in charge and we can actually make these huge changes by just being super aligned and,
and start stepping into that leadership position if you're so-called to, I know that not everybody wants to step into that, but if you are finding out what your superpower is and starting to S you know, perform the MB in that alignment every day, That's right. And it's a calling. I mean, I think that they're even, there are reluctant leaders.
Of course, you feel the night, you'll feel the call to do it, even if you don't want to do it, you can still feel the nudge to do it. And it's better to not resist because it'll keep you if you keep resisting it. So just embrace, embrace it, because this is the season,
honestly, this is the season that we're in, where we need a radical change. Yeah, I agree. So where can we find out more about all the different types of impacts? Cause I know I'm curious about, I mean, I knew, as I said, a few, but I'd love to learn more and then I'm sure our viewers would love to find out,
like, which one are they, you know, and what are the different ones? Do you have something that you can direct us to? I'm sure you do. I do. So I do have a, a pretty comprehensive quiz and toolkit to figure out when, if you're empathic and then what type or types of impact you are and sort of help to have you ideate a bit about how once you've discovered the types of impact you are,
how do you use those gifts and how have they shown up over the years? And for many in paths, there is a lot of fatigue that comes with the gift, the energy drain. So how to spot impact the overwhelm. I have some, yep. I have some support there and how to identify it. And then some things to do,
to help you bring yourself back to the center. Beautiful. Cause that's so needed. I know, as an empath myself, that it took me years to learn how to separate and keep my energy separated from the issues. Like, I mean, there's so much that I'm passionate about that if I allowed it just to continue to go, and maybe some of our viewers know that feeling like you just are drained or zapped,
or you can't feel like you can make a big enough difference, being able to separate those and have those grounding tools and the clearing tools imperative for impacts because we feel and take on way too much. Yeah. And a lot of it's not even ours. So that's why I've said it's really important to, you know, look at your familial line and,
you know, identify some of the patterns that may exist there, that I'm the no longer starter and lovingly release those. And, you know, dr. Kane has this amazing quote that the arc of justice is long, but it, it, it bends, it leans towards justice. And I think that it's important to remember that when we explore the leadership,
particularly in the spaces of social justice and civil rights, it's always been a spiritual way, a spiritual calling, you know, to do it because I mean, you have a Baptist minister and titch not on who you know, is, is a Buddhist monk who came together to stand against the Vietnam war. So clearly there is a correlation with our spirituality.
We have to have spiritual activism. Yes. I could talk to you forever. This is, and I really hope that our viewers are feeling that and seeing what powerful things that we can do to start changing it. And then also seeing that we're all coming together, that you and I are both here to support them. So if you're feeling those nudges,
if you've been getting that feeling to do something more, or if you feel drained and you're not really sure how to, like you're being called to do something, you just haven't learned how to start manifesting that. That is what you're here for. That's I love supporting my women entrepreneurs in that way as well, to make these huge changes, to step up and be the leader, and to change these cultural norms that like you said,
they're ready to be changed. Now they're being broken down and we get a chance to be at the forefront of rebuilding a brand new way of life or we're in a world. Yes. I love it. I love that. We get to be in these positions. It's incredibly impactful and important. So I want to, and like I do always, I'm going to have all your show notes there so that all of our viewers can find all your information and stay in touch with you.
I fully plan on staying in touch with you, because I think that you and I have so much that we can collaborate on and, you know, just support each other. Cause I love what you're doing. And I thank you. Thank you. And I'm so glad that you were on the show and we got a chance to talk about these really important issues.
Yeah, absolutely. So tell us where we can find you. Yes. So if you log on to Brenda williams.com, everything you need right there, I have a free group on Facebook or impacts we're looking to, you know, explore even more deeply your empathic gifts. And of course, I'm taking clients, I'm moving away from one-on-one. So if anyone is doing the call to work in a one on one capacity,
I have four spots available or that, but I really feel that women just do better in groups. And I feel that we can exponentially move our needle forward when we work together in the community. Most definitely. Well, it's that sense of support and seeing that, you know, I mean, one Oh one, you see that not you're not alone, but in that group setting,
you truly feel and see that you're not alone. That's right. Yeah. That's beautiful. Yeah. I love it. Thank you so so much. Well having me on, I really, really, really appreciate it. And you know, the work that you're doing here is phenomenal and needed work. So thank you for creating this space. Thank you.
Well, like every week, make sure you go onto the show notes, follow her, get into all the wonderful stuff that she's doing. Reach out to us, you know, comment on here, comment in the group, let us know what support you need so that we can both come forward and help you and make sure you come on next week and check out another beautiful guest that we have.
And thank you so much for being here. Have a wonderful rest of your day. Thank you so much for listening today.
